5.VRIKSHASANA (TREE POSE)
- stand straight, bend your right knee, and place the right foot high up on your
left thigh.
- balance on the left foot. Inhale and raise your arms over your head.
- hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

6.NAVASANA (BOAT POSE)
- Sit on your mat, bend your knees, and lift your feet off the floor.
- Extend your arms parallel to the floor.
- Balance on your sit bones and keep the spine straight.
- Hold for 10-20 seconds and repeat 5 times.
7.PHALANKASANA (PLANK POSE)
- Start on your hands and knees, and step your feet back to balance on the balls of
your feet.
- Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Repeat 3-5 times.
